On my way home I witnessed this car flying up the exit ramo. Barely missing me, they hit the car behind me. After my close call, I returned to the scene. I informed the cars that I'd called 911 and help was one the way. I began to document the wreck. This was the car responsible.

Other people also returned to the scene to offer assistance.

The ambulance and Glasgow Fire Department arrived in less than 5 minutes. Impressive!
